After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, product launches), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders

International Shipping (if applicable)
• Delivery time: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays may occur due to:

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
3. Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
